Having problems with a suspended ceiling collapse we transformed this formerly converted garage to a wonderful living space. Newly framed and finished drywall ceiling and closet, along with flooring, electrical and exterior door (not shown).

After installing two new Simonton sliding doors, this homeowner decided to give their balcony a makeover with new treated floor, vinyl railing and customizing.
